Micro-Wedding Giveaway at The Event Room

The Event Room is excited to announce our 2026 Micro-Wedding Giveaway, offering one deserving couple the opportunity to celebrate their special day with a beautiful, intimate, and fully-inclusive wedding package.

This exclusive giveaway includes:

• All-Inclusive Micro-Wedding Package
• Professional Bartending Service
• Two-Hour Wedding Photography Session
   

This is a unique chance to enjoy a thoughtfully planned, high-quality wedding experience designed for couples looking for simplicity, beauty, and convenience.

To participate, entrants must complete all three steps:

1. Record a short video explaining why you want to get married at The Event Room.
2. Like the giveaway post on our social media page.
3. Share the giveaway post to your own social media profile.
    

All submissions must be received by December 14th at 11:59 PM CST.

A winner will be selected based on the story shared in the entry video and overall engagement with the campaign. The selected couple will be announced on December 15th on our official social media pages and contacted directly by our team.

The winning couple will receive an all-inclusive micro-wedding experience at The Event Room, including:

• Ceremony and reception setup
• Use of our beautifully appointed event space
• Access to décor, linens, and seating
• Bartending service
• Two hours of professional photography
• On-site coordination and support
   

This prize package is designed to create a memorable, stress-free wedding day tailored to the couple’s unique style.

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Only one entry per couple.
• The winning micro-wedding must be scheduled on a mutually agreed-upon date in 2025.
• The prize holds no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Additional guests, upgrades, or add-ons may incur applicable fees.
• By entering, participants grant The Event Room permission to share submitted video for promotional purposes.
