The Event Room is 1,250 square feet with 2 indoor spaces and an outdoor patio area that are all available when you book your event. Our maximum capacity for seated events is 70

Rental Rates & Times
Standard Rate - Includes the venue, tables and chairs and room set-up.
Monday - Thursday $65/HR
Friday - Sunday $100/HR
May - November - December
Weekday Rates $100/HR
Weekend Rates $125/HR
Saturdays rent for a minimum of 5 hours in 2 pre-set time blocks. If additional time is needed past the 5 hour window, the rate is $90/hour.
If your event is more than 60 days away, we require a 50% deposit of your rental at the time of booking. The fee is refundable if you need to cancel more than 30 days before the date. If your date is less than 60 days away, full payment is required.
If you need a Saturday rental but do not require the fill 4 hours, the charge will be $125 an hour but the time frame must be in one of the time blocks.
Saturday Rental blocks:
Early Block is between 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
Late block is between 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Need more time? Rent The Event Room from 7:00am to 11:59pm for $1,000
Our venue is best for events hosting parties of 60 people but our maximum capacity is 70. When requesting your rental times, make sure you give time for set up, decorating and cleaning after the event is done.

Balloon Arch
Add a balloon arch to your event. Prices start at $150.
Decorating Package
Our basic decorating package is $500 plus the cost of decorations. You can provide the decorations or we can purchase on your behalf. We will decorate The Event Room and you can just enjoy the day.
Full Event Package
Our full package is $1,500 and includes up to 3 hours of celebration time, set-up and clean-up, Small Balloon Arch, Photo or Event Backdrop, Centerpieces and white or black linens.
Bartending Service
If you wish to serve alcohol at your event, we require you to use our bartending service. We take care of set-up of the bar, serving, monitor alcohol intake clean up, clear breakdown, pack up leftover liquor for the client. You provide the liquor. $200 per event. Add mixers such as: cokes, sprites, diet cokes, lemons, limes, orange juice, cranberry juice, tonic, club soda, ginger ale, stir sticks, Angostura bitters, simple syrup, cherries and olives, lemon juice, bottled waters, and ice for $4.50 per person

Clean Up
Don't want to clean up after your big day? Hire us to do the dirty work. Event clean up starts at $200.
Choose from 1.5 gallon glass or 3 gallon plastic beverage dispensers.

We have 2 sets of corn hole boards and bags for your use.

Our popcorn cart comes with 2 popcorn kits and popcorn bags for your use.

We have wood cutouts, wooden lanterns with battery operated candles, cylindrical vases, and battery operated twinkle lights. Dress each table for $ 10 each.
